Moira, Anna, and the team are great to work with. From the moment we walked into their office for a consultation, to the moment we walked out (T Shirt and a box of Annie's Mac & Cheese in hand) with my daughter's braces on, they were courteous, informative, friendly, and professional. They made my daughter feel comfortable and relaxed, which made it much easier for me to make my decision. Great experience from the first consult to getting the braces installed. Anna and Dr Casey shared visuals, explained the process, and worked with us to find the solution that would fit best for my son. I really appreciated that they discussed the options and care with my 16-yr old directly since he would need to be the one responsible for the upkeep and care of his braces. They kept the entire process calm, smooth, and easy. They also worked with us to discuss different payment options which was helpful. We will also be bringing our second kid when he needs braces too. Highly recommend!

What an excellent team! This was my first experience with any kind of teeth "apparatus," having never had braces in my life, and I wasn't thrilled when my dentist recommended one for me, now. From the moment I began the scheduling process, Anna (at the front desk) was friendly and answered all of my preliminary questions. In the examining room, it was very clear that Dr. Casey and her team were excellent at what they do. When I returned for the night guard, Marie-Elena (who had helped me at both appointments) was very patient, instructing me how to manage inserting and removing the guard so as not to break it, how to secure it in my mouth, etc. Again, I had never had anything like this.
In addition, I witnessed the team's interactions with children and Dr. Casey and her team are just as good with kids as they are with adults.
I was very, very glad that my dentist recommended Melrose Orthodontics to me for this night guard and can't say enough positive things about them - they really are THAT good.
I'll be recommending Melrose Orthodontics to any and all who are in need of orthodontists.

Excellent team at Melrose Orthodontics! My son just got out of his braces and we have another going into them and Dr. Casey is awesome! She is an incredible clinician, always staying up to date on new technology and protocols, which really helped to make us feel safe in our choice. She's also just super nice, which is a bonus. The space itself is always very clean and welcoming. Couldn't recommend it more.

Dr Casey’s office has been great with our girls! They take the time to explain all dental procedures and plans, both to the kids and parents in a way that is easy to understand and efficient. The course of action for dental procedures is thoughtfully addressed and I never felt rushed or compelled to do anything we were not comfortable with. The office is organized and super friendly. We are lucky to have Dr Casey’s practice is our community!

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Casey and team! I cannot say enough good things about her practice! Dr. Casey is professional and knowledgeable, she's flexible with the treatment plan based on what is best for the patient. Her staff is amazing, kind and patient, we're always greeted with a smile, especially our favorite person, Ericka, who can lighten up the mood and have fun 😉 The practice has modern conveniences: text messaging for appointment communication, an online portal for forms and more! The practice works in tandem with our general dentist, so there is one less thing we need to do to get great dental care all around. The waiting area is beautiful and serene, I could keep going. Not to mention the practice is conveniently located a short walk from the middle and high schools. Look no further, Melrose Orthodontics is your choice!

Although technically we haven’t begun our treatment plan for our child, I can speak to how well run the office is. They are patient and kind, make my child feel comfortable. Their follow-up is exceptional. Since I was unable to attend the appointment with my child, I appreciated they offered to follow up with me directly so my husband didn’t have to remember all the details of the exam and treatment plan. Best run office I’ve seen in a long time!

Dr. Casey is excellent: she led us through the entire process and treatment, and explained every step thoroughly. There were no surprises: she was in such an impressive control, and the result of her treatment as good as we could wish for. Dr. Casey is kind and compassionate, and we learned a lot from her. The office is most pleasant and the staff always helpful. And the garden that Dr. Casey tends to made every visit a treat!

I had an amazing experience at Melrose Orthodontics. Dr. Casey and her team are kind, thoughtful, organized, and professional. To give them five stars is just not enough. The work I had done on my teeth came out better than expected. I believe it’s because they use the latest high-tech equipment and techniques. Melrose orthodontics is an amazing place. Ericka made us feel like family from the first phone call we made for an appointment. Dr Casey and her staff are so wonderful to my daughter when she got her braces and at every check in appt. Dr Casey was very thorough and explained everything to me and my daughter that would be done for braces and work she needed in the future. The office is very comfortable and feels like your at home while you’re waiting!
