Nickole is a licensed dental assistant who can handle anything that comes her way. She will guide you from the first phone call inquiring about orthodontics straight through to the amazing smile in retainers. Any questions you have about insurance, finances, what to expect during treatment, and next steps along the way – she’s got answers! When she’s not helping Dr. Casey beautify smiles in the office, she’s spending time with her Spider-Man loving 2 year old son and her husband. And we can’t forget leave out her two furbabies, Cali and Noodles!

Scamp is a 3 year old English Cream Golden Retriever who loves greeting all our patients at the door. While often mistaken for a Yellow Labrador Retriever, Scamp is 100% full of Golden Retriever love. A little anxious about going to the dentist? Scamp will put you at ease and even hold your hand if you want (not that you’ll need it). While tennis balls and treats are his top two favorite things in life, Melrose Orthodontics patients are a close third. Allergic to dogs? No problem, Scamp says working full-time is for the birds and he’s only a part-timer. Let us know and we’d be happy to schedule you on his day off.
